National Cheesecake Day!
July 30, 2012 is National Cheesecake Day and I absolutely love my cheesecake!
What is Cheesecake? Cheesecake is a rich dessert cake made wit cream and soft cheese on a graham cracker, cookie or pastry crust and usually topped with fruit, nuts, fruit sauce and or chocolate. It may be baked or unbaked. Most exciting of all is that various flavors of cheesecake exist, such as lemon, toffee or strawberry as shown in the picture above.
In celebrating National Cheesecake Day, head over to Mimi's Cafe and try a slice of their delicious Strawberries and Cream Cheesecake.
